Hello, Thanks for thinking of me!! Bella is doing just fine. We are going to operate and debulk the mass to get a better look at just what is growing. The mass slowed for a month or so but now looks like it is in another growth patern. We are taking Bella to the University of Guelph for the surgery as our Dr. has moved into a teaching position. The lower cost of a teaching facility will also benefit us. The leg may still need to come off during surgery but we are trying to save it if we can. As for the new addition Maggie...she is just a doll. They play from morning to night and sleep together when the day is done. Our eldest cat is not doing well. In fact, we are heading to the vet later today. He has lost over half of his body weight, does not venture out of the basement and seems to stare off in space when he is awake. Want to be sure he is not in pain and if so, we will do the right thing. We have had him for 14 years...not sure how old he was when we rescued him. Enough of me, how are things with you? Sorry, only stop by now and again but do think of you and how kind you were when we were learning of Bella's mass. Hope you are well. Take care. Erin.

oh erin...sorry to hear the mass is growing again.
guelph has a great reputation, actually, and i'd have been very happy to have sent xena there for her care. hopefully...that turns out to be a lucky break for you.

how is the cat? sorry to hear about him.

and the new pup is almost as good as cutting edge technology when bringing life back into a sick(ish) dog.

we do keep you in our thoughts down here.
we're doing great. don't want to talk it up too much in case i jinx things...but we're two thumbs up over here.
