Seizures in our dog.Hi
Our 14 year old German Shorthaired Pointer has recently strated having seizures. She has had 3 so far. One 15 days ago, one 10 days ago and one yesterday. In all cases she hasn't eaten for 2days before hand. (This is quite common for her) Could this relate to a diabetes problem?
Re: Seizures in our dog.We had one Christmas morning in our LWARC group. Here was my reply:
I am so sorry about your morning! There is nothing more frightening than our first seizure experience. One quick tip I read was to put a dab of ice cream on the tongue. We have a large seizure library on the crashed drive. Let me hunt around and see if I happend to CROSS it anywhere. Here's the seizure forum at h-cap: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=10818 And the best little seizure primer in the world: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=7363 I crossed a tiny bit of it here: http://www.s8.createphpbb.com/lethalwhi ... lwhiteauss Karen, Andy's ^i^ mom
