Can't you just picture how beautiful this little girl will be once someone gives her some tender loving care? How could someone let her get to this point?

This sweet little girl is Jasmin. She is a blind, 4 year old bichon mix according to the shelter's website. She is a sweet, happy little girl who loves to spin around on her hind legs.

Adoption fee is $50. she is blind and very quiet her owner turned her in due to not being able care for her any more.

Unfortunately, she is still there and still in need. Please send this story around to all of your contacts. I am re-sending her blog post. Even though this is a kill shelter, the manager tries very hard to give them more time, but she has been there a while. She dances on her back feet when someone comes near her kennel. we've got to get her out of there.
