DATA: Diva is an approx 2 yr old white female Toy Poodle. She weighs 7 lbs. She is UTD and will be traveling with Health Records and full Vet. issued Health Certificate. She will be spayed this week. She is coming from Poodle Rescue of Houston http://www.poodlerescueofh ouston.com. Diva is a happy go lucky little girl child who was found on a Texas street
hit by a car. Her back end was paralyzed from the injury. She has been
with a poodle rescue in Houston since 6/26/2009. She absolutely loves all
people and gets along well with the small dogs she has been with.
Diva can negotiate her way around a yard quite well with the drag/hop
motions she is able to make with her her back legs. One leg will stand up
straight, but the other folds in and over towards the straight leg which
knocks her back down. Diva does not let that slow her down - she just
struggles back up and takes off again for a few steps. She is not
incontinent from her injuries and can and will do her potty when taken
outside. There has been improvement in her spine since she came here and
we have high hopes that she will be able to walk again one day.
She is coming to CPR's Dreamweaver Farm to find her perfect,approved, forever home. She will be leaving Houston , TX at 6:00 Sat. morning.
