This precious dog is only a year old....can anyone help get her out of the shelter and get the medical care she needs?

This precious little one year old never had a chance to even be a puppy. Her little body was so ravaged that it would not respond to medication and she was put to sleep. I am so sorry that someone neglected you to this point, baby girl.
