Kitten with twisted legs massage/ stretch help.

We have been searching for days. We need to know exactly (instructions for dummies) how to massage and stretch the legs. We also need to know how often. THANK YOU

Hmm. I just do it, with whatever range and degree is tolerable; somebody who's twisted isn't likely to work the same way as the rest of the world.

i have have an assortement of front and hind leg twisted kitties. what i usually do is first give them a warm bath to loosen up and teh joint/muscles and very gently start to move them. if the toes are contracted, i try to straighten them, if a leg is bent, i try to see if it will unbend. i would start with once a day.
