Hello everybody,
I am new to this forum and glad to have found it. I came across a stray little 6 weeks old kitten with severe deformeties in his hind legs, re-searching online it appears to be twisted leg type of condition. His tail is also very deformed, its like zig zag. I also have noticed that he is a tiny bit wobbely, may be due to his legs and instability or a mild form of CH. I dont think he has control of his bladder either. He eats well and his stool is normal. I have attached a picture of his legs to see what you guys think, any advise would be appreciated. (Of course a visit to the Vet this week is in the works.)

there seem to be a lot of these kitties this year.
I have two. It is a birth defect, with some physical therapy you can build some motor strength and coordination in the legs, but only to a point. The kitten is probably incontinent so you'll need to express him/her (not difficult). I keep my two in diapers for their run around time during the day. I express them twice a day to try and help keep them clean. your kitten can have a very full and happy life, she'll just need soem extra care.
if you look for my posts about Butterbean and Black Cherry Whisniak you will see my two hind-end twisty kids.

glad you found us!! welcome to the group!

thanks for the advise, I will def. check out that page. I do not have to express him he goes potty all on his own like a big boy, guess that's a good thing;)
