wanted-wheelchair for GSD

My almost 11 yr. old rescue German Shepherd Dog, 'Zo-Zo' has Degenerative Myelopathy and my research isn't promising on her recovering. I have bought a ramp for her to use (she is super reluctant to use it!), then decided that maybe an orthodog brace would help.....she refuses to even stand up in it! This is a wonderfully trained dog, to boot! So, now I would like to get a wheelchair for her but funds are low as we are trying acupuncture and water-therapy, too.
