Introducing Patroclus

For a while I had been looking for a black lab or Lab mix as a companion for Carl. In March I came across Achilles, a paralyzed dog in Romania. I applied to adopt him and all was set for him to fly to the USA when he became acutely sick and passed away the week before his flight. Knowing I was interested in adopting a paralyzed dog I received message about several (>10 I think) paralyzed dogs in eastern europe. Of the dogs I saw one stuck out. his name is Patroclus and he is a 5 month old mixed breed puppy. he was apparently hit be a car when he was about 10 weeks old and is paralyzed.

Patroclus flew in yesterday and is quite the character ... as you can see he slotted straight in (although my other dogs don't look too amused do they ...)
