The solid poop only lasted for a day and then it was back to the runs, I see what looks like blood in some of it but other that that he seems fine, he wants to play and has been fighting his baths pretty hard. I get bit regularly, he's not really breaking the skin but it doesn't feel good. I got a good scratch today though so he feels good enough to give me a hard time, he's sick of staying in his room to and has been trying to sneak out.

He has tape worms for sure, I have the pills but I want to ask the vet if it's safe for him to have them before I do any thing. Getting rid of those might help a lot. I quit giving him the kitten formula to see if that helps, he really liked it but it might not agree with his tummy. He is eating like a little piggy and gaining weight, so he didn't need the milk any more any way.

if you haven't wormed him at all that explains a LOT.
he undoubtedly has roundworms too, and you often do not see them in the stool.
please ask your vet about what wormer you can use on him asap!
