I just reread this vintage advice from wonderpuppy.net. She talks about how important it is to adjust a cart correctly and encourages people to contact the manufacturer and send photos when trying to get the adjustments right. She says if you have a fluffy dog, you may have to wet the coat for them to be able to see what's going on.
