That is honestly amazing to see. Huge respect to whoever built that little cart. It looks simple but well thought out, and the kitten seems comfortable and supported, which is the most important part.
I’ve seen a few DIY setups before, but this one looks especially clean and functional. It’s incredible how much mobility and quality of life something like this can give to a kitten that might otherwise struggle to get around.
It also shows how creative and resourceful people in the animal community can be. With the right adjustments and monitoring, these little scooters can make a world of difference.

Another idea is a purrmaid sack. I always think paralyzed kittens look happier and more mobile with simple skin protection that involves no weight to pull and allows complete freedom of movement on all surfaces. Or just nothing at all, as long as the skin isn't getting scraped up.
