He went to the bridge this afternoon. He was in kidney failure and there was no turning him around. I layed and snuggled with him all afternoon. I will miss him. He can go be with his brother and sister furbabies. I explained the bridge to him and we cried.

I am glad you were with him. It was all he could have asked. You must have loved him very much to care for him all these years while he was disabled and needed a wheelchair. It doesn't seem enough to say he was a very lucky dog to have had you. I'm sorry for your loss.
