i am very familiar with bloat. yes the stomache should be stapled to the abdomen wall (gastroplexy (spell?????) ). when a dog bloats, sometimes the air gets trapped, but when the stomache flips this is deadly. it blocks the blood supply to the heart, liver, pancreas.......IMMIDIATE VET CAR AT THIS T...
