Re: Pip diagnosis - Central cord syndrome

You've actually done this? Whoa, good job! I watched a video yesterday of a gal brushing a chihuahua's teeth. She had Hartz toothpaste and a brush with 2 sides, a big head for big dogs and a very little head for little dogs. She said she used both sides. The video was cute as can be and the dog wagg...

Re: Pip diagnosis - Central cord syndrome

Yeah, I bet he'd love that! :hysterical: I might (emphasis on might) be able to get them in a few places. He lets me remove tear stains from below his eyes. He's really sweet when I come with the hot wet washcloths to give him his sponge bath. He's a real sweetheart. The only thing he really reacts ...

Re: Jury duty

OK, go ahead and laugh. I don't want to pay for 2 phones when I already have a landline I don't want to give up.  The only reason I even have a Kindle is a very-very nice person sent it for Christmas a few years ago. It was helpful, especially when we had the 4-day power outage b...

Re: Jury duty

I don't own a cell phone (hard to believe, isn't it  ) and my Fire doesn't connect to wifi anymore. I looked up the error online but didn't find an easy fix. Sorry, not trying to be difficult. I'd be delighted to take the Fire with me. I should drive over to McDonald's parking lot and see if I...

Re: Pip diagnosis - Central cord syndrome

I tried him on unsweetened Kikkoman Pearl soy milk and he drank it exactly as well. Like he couldn't tell the difference between sweetened Rice Dream and unsweetened Pearl. This is better for his teeth. The calories are 120 per cup vs 90. Kikkoman is hard to get. So I offered him soy milk one aftern...

Re: Jury duty

I hope! The way it's gone in the past is, you sit around in an auditorium with 500 other people and from time to time they call out numbers for people to line up and be walked as a group to a courtroom. You can sit in the auditorium all morning and half the afternoon and never be called, so it eats ...

Jury duty

I got a summons for jury duty in November. It used to be worse when I had a dog that required expressing, and I would have to come home on the lunch hour. I could just barely make it home from downtown, express, and get back to the courthouse during the time allotted for lunch IF I did everything ri...

No real people, it's 100% AI. I wondered the same thing. You really can't tell.

Re: Dolly

It was $51.99 for 8.5 lbs, but I got a $10 coupon, and she's little so she won't go through it very fast. I don't mind the cost if they eat it. It's when you pay $40 just to try something and find out they don't like it. They say (or used to say) you could return Science Diet to the vet and get your...

Re: Dolly

Good morning...migraine last night. Wore sunglasses to hang out laundry this morning. 8-) The homemade recipe was posted by a vet who is a Certified Vet Food Therapist. Not the same as a board certified nuritionist, but I looked up veterinary nutritionists (per your suggestion) here and I don't see ...

Re: Dolly

Last night went well as far as I can tell. This morning we had a mess all over her towel, because the homemade renal diet has no fiber. I wonder about making it with brown rice, but brown rice is not as good for kidneys. She's going to drag her bare bottom across fecal smears at night and risk a UTI...
