Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

The people with the kitty in FL which Zippy first posted about, have photographs on their phone - but i don't have a phone they can send them to. Does anyone know of a way to get those transferred to this website? or any ideas?

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

Thanks everyone. I am looking into learning about expressing - with all of your help. And while I would dearly miss him anyway, thinking about this is making me think about Whiskers and how amazingly "continent" he was - though he couldn't take himself to the catbox. I would come home afte...

Re: (Update)Rescue needed!Decatur,GA Kitten cannot use back legs

I have been asking about this kitty and as of yesterday it seems that he can walk, but his back legs are weak. The latest on him is available on that Shelter's website(Dekalb County Animal Services, in Decatur, GA). I had also been following a kitten who needs rescue in Fla and am thinking this ador...

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

OOps. I wrote that last message in reply to Critters post saying that tile is probably better than carpet! that's what I meant was "understandable". I hadn't read Leslie's message yet. Thank you for your words about Whisker's - He was an angel! He was like having an infant and so we were v...

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

Thanks - I guess that 's understandable. And I guess it just takes practice to develop confidence at expressing a cat's bladder... I've checked out a couple of videos on it, but if anyone can provide links to relevant information - I would really appreciate it. I am hoping to see a photograph and to...

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

Thank you Leslie for all your efforts for this kitty. Does she have a name? I can imagine it is very difficult for your friend! and it's great that you are helping her. I wish that she could keep her, but if she can't - and if it's me that takes her - rest assured that I will try to take excellent c...

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

Diana, If you are out there - and anyone else who has any experience with this iknd of thing - I was interested in some of the things you mentioned on Nov 15th about the kitten in Fla that Leslie told us about. I realize that we don't know all the facts of this kitty's condition - but what suggestio...

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

I do work and I live alone so I am not home all day. I wasn't sure if full time presence of someone was required, though I certainly understand it is your friend's decision. Actually, I was trying to find out more about the kitten - is it possible to see a photograph? Christine, thank you for your v...

Re: Paralyzed kitten needs good home

Christine,
I am interested in taking one of those two kittens - whichever is better suited to my situation - and dependent upon being able to arrange transportation.
Thanks for the info - I just sent them an email.
