Lisa,
I think you should order new knuckles from Zoom a Dog. I watched your video again and something might be loose inside the knuckle.

Re: Wheelchair ‘skipping out’
Lisa,
Another thing to check is make sure the wheels are not angled back and keep them perpendicular to the ground (one notch in between two notches on the top of black knuckle). Are both wheels kicking outward or just one side? Nancy

Re: Wheelchair ‘skipping out’
Hi Lisa, Please send me a video of your dog in the wheelchair from a rear view (please get down low when doing video). That way I can tell you what's going on and tell you how to fix that skipping motion. I'm glad you purchased new wheels as that might help somewhat. I will also need to know your or...

Re: Tips on Getting Dog Used to WheelChair + Fit Tips
Courtney, The first you will need to do is take 3 pictures of your dog in the wheelchair. I would need to see a side view, rear view and overhead view. Then i can evaluate the fitting and give you tips to get her to Love her wheelchair. If you were shipped two size wheels, you need to use the bigger...

Re: Rubbing and sores?
Hi Sammyleigh, Usually a dog would not get sores from the leg rings unless they are in the chair more than an hour or if they get wet. Make sure that the leg rings are not too tight. They should hang down 4" from the frame if you put you hand in the middle connector piece. Make sure the leg rin...

Re: Leg rings
Hi, You must use the leg ring connector to hold the tubes together. You can slide that piece forward or back a bit. Maybe you have the leg rings too tight? They should hang down about 4" from the frame if you push downward in the middle. Please call us if you need more help. :thankyou: Nancy

Re: Too much weight on shoulders
Hi, I am going to try to solve this problem of pressure over the shoulder. When you angle the wheels back, it puts more pressure on the shoulders. Try angling the wheels a bit forward so that two indicators are lined up and one is in the back. You should also get a dogs level and take a side view an...

Re: Questions about Quad Wheelchart front attachment
Hi,
I would let Quincy use the rear wheels first and see what happens. If he keeps bowing down, you will probably need to add the front wheels. Feel free to send me a video
of him walking in the cart,
Nancy nancy@hpets.net
