Re: News: Ellie and her wheelchair
Dear Sarabeth, Haven't heard from you for a while. Guess what, one of the dog shelters which I had approached before for donating the wheelchair asked me to write an article on the caring of paralysed dogs. Actually, I am not qualifed to write a piece on this issue since Blanche left within a month ...

Thanks critters
Would not have to ask the question were the tests done in HK. One just can't fully trust the vets in China.

News: Bev and Dundee
I sent an email to Bev yesterday to check if Dundee's tumour has shrinked after shots of anitbiotics. Just received Bev's reply this afternoon. She said she doesn't know if the tumour has shrinked but her own doctor (not the vet) suggested that before Bev put herself and Dundee through what will cer...

It shows you how to take the measurements and put the doggies in the cart and also w/ lots and lots of dogs (incl. a huge St. Bernard but mostly German Shepherds) walking/running in their wheelchai...

True, Critters.
I know nth about cancer on dogs but I suppose different tumours develop at different rates, like those on human?

Re: News: Bev and Dundee
Thanks Carol.
The vet from HK did not tell what kind of tumour it is.
Will forward the site to Bev and ask her to psot here if she has any problems. I haven't heard from her since I last posted the thread.
Am sure she will keepme posted.

Re: Help Needed: need a cart for dog
Carol,
Just so you don't have to keep reposting it, perhaps Paul might consider opening a page (as that for prayer exchange) on choice of carts. This is one of the most commonly asked questions. Actually this was the first question I asked here.

Re: Help Needed: paralyzed Pug
Agree w/ Beth.
It could be other problems than water.
Mine barked several times each nite, each for different needs, Either she needed water, or she had pooped/peed or she wanted to get up and walk w/ her front legs.
