Help with regaining bladder control
Hello all, i was hoping to find some help or advise here on my Jasmine regaining bladder control. She had IVDD surgery just a little over 4 months ago and has needed us to express her bladder ever since. That really is great news, i am glad that Babee is doing better. When they start to get better or do new things it really does make it worth it.

Thank you for your post, you know i never though about breaking the treats in half, plus a friend at work told me she uses her dogs food as treats giving them a piece or two.

Carol Thank you for your message, sorry i did not get back sooner but it was a busy weekend. She was just sitting on the floor and stood up to move from one spot to another, she did knuckle her toes when she did up all the way up and when she tried to take a step she lost her footing and sat back do...

Thanks for the update it is nice to read stories with happy endings. I have a 4 year old cocker spaniel who had IVDD surgery on April 18th of this year. She has been rear leg paralzyed since but is coming along very well in PT she is up and walking on the underwater treadmill and in her kiddie pool....

Thanks for the info and advice, I am glad to hear of something to try. We will go ahead and try your idea. I think the bladder control and the expressing really has been the hardest part of this all. I think she misses going outside and since she been making such big improvements otherwise i thought...

I have a very active cocker spaniel who use to love following us around from room to room, but after her surgery she was put on crate rest.
