Re: bulldog down

When he is on crate rest you can get him out to go potty, and I even got my dog out and had her lay with me on the couch or in bed as long as he is good and does not move around a lot. I was very lucky my dog has been very good so we only had to put her in her crate when we both were not home with s...

Re: bulldog down

First I would to say welcome and you have come to the right place. This site has helped me through the past 3 months and the others on here know so much and have great advice. They have given me more advice on how to care for my 4 year cocker spaniel than any of her vets have. And second you are not...

Re: Update on my cocker spaniel

It just worries me because I want to make sure she does not get a UTI. So i was unsure if i should try taking her outside and see if she goes on her own. She has been improving so much in her therapy and seems to be getting stronger so i just thought maybe this was a sign she could go potty on her o...

Carmen I am glad to hear that Babee is doing well, I bet you were so happy to see more tail wagging. I know I was when Jasmine started waggging her tail more often. As for the laser therapy we have been doing it on Jasmine since May 25th and we have seen major improvements with Jasmine after her fir...

Re: How do you keep the dog safe when you are not home?

I keep my dog in her crate, we pad it really well with an old blanket and a towel. We also got her a crate much bigger than she needed, she is only a 25lb cocker spaniel and we got her a crate big enough for a great dane. You could also try to pen him in to a small room like the kitchen or bathroom ...

Re: Babee shih tzu paralyzed

Carmen No we have not tried the acupuncture yet. You will have to let me know how it goes? We were told about acupuncture but our vet had thought Jasmine would benefit from laser treatment better at that time. But we have talk to her therapist about find some in our area to try acupunture.
