If the cat(s) are peeing in the same location(s) every time, try placing tinfoil in those locations. Have you looked at the dwanecart? We have one for Max, and it is easy to use and adjust, and not too expensive.

Yes, I have....Since dogs put at least 60% of their weight on the front paws it's easy to hoist up the rear end to slip the leash on...if you need to, you can slide it on while you dog is on it's side. It really is super easy to use.
