thanks Carol,she is in a wire crate. Since she has always been house trained she does not want that stuff in her crate.....who can blame her? Lexi is now aware she is pooping in the crate at night and when we are not home. She pushes it all with her nose in a corner and then eats it to get rid of it. thanks for all the replay's everyone. Lexi is not releasing her urine when being expressed. That's the problem. She is a small dog and has a small bladder so she holds it for hours. We have been taking her to the vet to get the urine out. Frustrating .................... We have seen all the videos ...

Just read your post. I am just starting on my own journey. My dachie Lexi ruptured a disc and is incontient and has paralysis in hind legs. Surgeon gave her 80% chance of walking again. New to this site. Just brought Lexi home from surgery. Any info about ruptured disc surgery and her chances for walking again would be helpful.
