Re: Help Needed: Hello everyone; need advice *LINK*

Hello My dog is not permanently paralyzed but I did have to care for him about three weeks of being paralyzed and even in that short time it just became part of my daily routine. Don't get me wrong the first week and a half or so was really hard but he was also perfectly healthy before this, I would...

Re: physical therapy

Hello
One excersize you could do to strengthen his legs is to pull the leg out and pinch or tickle the toes so he pulls it back you can raise the resistance as his strength comes back. Make him fight you a little so it excerts his muscles. I hope this helps!

Re: Dogs: bella update and holistic animal medicines

Hello That is really great that she is recovering nicely. I don't know if its the same for animals but my son had serious constipation problems when he was a baby and one thing that seemed to work was Karo syrup. (THe clear kind) This is a remedy passed on to me from my mom so I don't know if its an...

Re: Dogs: spinal injury...potty advice

Thank you for the response. Since he's five now and hasn't had any since he was about two I think he'll be alright. I will mention it to the Dr. the next we're there. And I definitely won't use it as a softener again.
Thanks

Re: Story: Eros' Story updated (very long)

Hello I guess a lot of the time they don't heal, What I was told is that it may or may not heal in any length of time. At the time he needed that leg for support as he had lost so much muscle mass so he would actually walk on his wrist. There are splints you can get I have one I could send you but i...
