Re: Ereshkigal has some residual nerve damage
Right I will ask my vet if they can sell me some - I live just down the road from them, but the specialist who operated on Sam lives further away. Hope Ereshkigal's feet look better soon. I'm finding it's a difficult balance between trying to help Sam and not upsetting or frustrating him, or exhaust...

It's not horrible or infected but obviously I don't want it to get worse. Right now he has a baby sock with some tape to hold it up but no idea...

Re: Trying to care for a paralyzed cat - may recover
Hi Sam's spinal cord is intact thankfully. The damage was to his pelvis which has been back in place. We have to see if the nerves will regrow. Right now, he's happy and systemically healthy and whilst that is the case I am keeping him. When I see him dragging himself around I did wonder if I was do...

Thanks - no the accident itself was 5 weeks ago, sorry if that wasn't clear. But still, he has made some progress.

Trying to care for a paralyzed cat - may recover
Hi everyone I'm going through a hard time with one of my two cats and hoping to hear and advice or even just connect with others who've been in similar situations. About five weeks ago, my cat Sam, who is 3 this summer, suffered what we believe was a bad fall or jump gone wrong from my neighbour's r...
