I found a neighborhood stray cat paralyzed from the hips down a few days ago. The vet tried to talk me into euthanizing him, but I refused. The vet thinks he was struck by a car.He needs urine and BMs expressed. I thought I had the time and fortitude to attend to his needs, but now I am not so sure....
