Re: Homemade pill pockets

I made up a huge batch of this using water in place of milk, whole wheat flour and crunch peanut butter. I am keeping it in the refrigerator. I love the consistency. The flour keeps it from being sticky. The dogs love it. It is going to save me a fortune with all that I have to medicate. Thanks Lee.

Re: 11 month old cat with hydrocephalus

Hi, Thanks for your post about your kitty Pumpkin. It is obvious that he is very special to you. You sound like a great cat mom. You mentioned that Pumphkin is on a lot of meds. My kitty Benny who has hydrocephalus is on a very high dose of prednisolone. It is very hard on his liver but without it h...

Re: Homemade pill pockets

I get mine through KV vet and get a good discount as well but with the meds my bunch take I spend a lot each month on pill pockets. I have even been using a cheaper alternative called Flavor Doh. It is in a container similar to what you purchase Play Doh in. I will give this a try. If it works it wi...

Re: Lovely tomcat in a tail pull (car?) accident

What is your kitties name? The stress you are describing learning to express your cat is what anyone who has learned to express has encountered. Unlike the colon the bladder can be found in different areas dependent upon its fullness. I have been expressing for 14 years ever since I pulled a 6 week ...
