Re: FCE care advice

Hi Dean, Not feeling deep pain being bad news after to weeks, in my view is incorrect. As I said before the nerves need time to reroute. A millimeter of nerve takes a heck of a lot of time to do this. Time is the answer, when Buster first went down I did not even try to make him work out for the 1st...

Re: Bulldog-Pit: rear leg paralysis ( FCE diagnosis)

I would get a sling and move it for her this is alot of work you have to uncurl the paw with each step, if she is not ready for that then sling walk anyway to slow her down and keep the limp leg off the groun...

It is so quiet around the house now and Busters girlfriends are super bummed out they just whine for him an look at the door. They won't...

Re: FCE care advice

Real pretty dog you have there. Once you get her home try sling walking her to her favorit spot an see if she can go on her own somewhat. Unreal that you can sling walk some already bravo. Keep in mind that from what I understand an FCE is all about nerves what they will do is re-route themselfs, an...

Re: FCE care advice

Welcome, Wishing you a good outcome in the near future. My Boxer had a FCE Jan 2007, it was a long hard road but he is doing great now. His FCE was nerve damage in his neck. Then to top it off he had emergency surgery for bladder stones after I got him walking again. Hang in there. Caroline Living w...
