Hi Linda,
Welcome to a wonderful place for help and support. You will be hearing from some cat experts soon, but in the meantime, here is some information from Cornell University. Good luck to your friend and her baby.http://www.vet.cornell.edu/fhc/resource ... /toxo.html

Alert about pets in homes of diabetics
Hi Mark, On Monday, you posted a story warning about pets in a house where a diabetic uses insulin shots and the dangers of an animal licking the hand which might have residue or licking the floor where the contents of a needle might have spilled. I immediately sent the link to a good friend who was...

Re: Looking for suggestions for caring for an injured feral

Re: antibiotics--diarhea
Hi Jessi, The first thing I would do is call the vet and let him/her know what is happening. In the meantime, some harmless and natural helps would be to feed Bella a little canned pure pumpkin - rice helps and also oatmeal. Good luck and take care. Some of the more knowlegeable pet parents will be ...

Re: Medications: Robby *LINK*
I have also read and heard negative things about Rimadyl. Check this site and see if you think it might help Robby. A good friend of mine is using it with great success and it is all natural. Just check the other medications he is as there is a precaution about giving with NSAIDS. Sending you prayer...

Dear Bendy,
I hope your mom is saving all of your wonderful "poems" and thinking about publishing them. They just make you feel good and these days people love to buy anything that makes them feel good.
Love,
Christine and Bailey

Welcome "aboard" :0). Maynard is beautiful and seems like he has it all together...I think maybe we take their handicaps harder than they do and we learn from them everyday. You are among friend.

Re: Dogs: Well Stephanie, How's the New Addition?
I have always felt that my beloved Watson with help from the man upstairs sent Bailey to me knowing I needed her. I have no doubt that Monty is Tama's protege sent to take care of you and your family. It's kind of like a relay of love, don't you think? Still in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Christ...
