Re: Dolly

Oh  , that story is precious. She just loves you so much that she knows whatever you ask of her will be the right thing. So glad she is better. Your plan sounds perfect and she is so adaptable, she won't even think twice.

I think I missed something. Who is Pip???

Re: Pet Stair Lifts...

I can be like a "dog with a bone" I just wrote to another company about the stair lifts. If we are lucky, they may actually jump in and respond right here!

Re: Dolly

Sounds like she is improving with your amazing diligence. Keep the good news coming! Have you ever thought of buying a hydroyxl generator? We have used them for more than 15 years and Glen made me get one for my shop when Covid hit. We bought them originally to prevent mold and mildew, but having th...

Re: Dolly

Awww...I know this crating is going to bother you more than it will her and it will be so hard not to check in on her every five minutes. Might not be necessary, but do you know there are video with relaxing music for dogs on You Tube? I got a cheapo blue tooth speaker (under $5) and I put music out...

Re: Dolly

Holding you and Dolly close in both thought and prayer. Just know that if she was with anyone else, they would not be as knowlegeable and diligent as you are. You and Bendy can teach a few vets things. It sounds like you definitely have to have an mri. I was almost wondering if you could create a li...

Re: Dolly

Oh, gosh...I hope between you and the vet, you can figure out a solution. This is several times lately and I know how helpless it makes you feel. Have you ever gone to the Nzymes site and watched any of their videos? Also wondering if cbd tincture might also help. I have been trying the gummies for ...

Re: Dolly

It is so easy to feel guilty because we care so much. I am sure she is so used to the routine you have created for her that she was just saying "Hey Mom...what the heck????" She's fine. You are probably one of the few dog moms who does not let her dog sleep in a diaper.

Re: Dolly

I know how they like to burrow and I thought maybe you could "pre-bunch her blankie into a mound (sort of like a beehive) with a front opening and the top at her resting chin height. Does that make sense?

Re: Dolly

Awww...why do we feel more guilty when it comes to our pets comfort than anything else? Its those sweet, trusting eyes looking through out souls! Thinking about her during the times she cannot lie down...could you make a sort of beehive configuration with an opening for her to walk up to and rest he...

Re: Dolly

We recently got some single ply toilet paper by mistake...there was a reason it was so cheap. We usually use paper towels to pre-wipe excess grease off of dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. (I know you should not have to do that, but even the good dishwashers will get build up if you don'...

You are the best mom! I just went back and revisited Bailey's nightime routine and I am still so raw from losing Penny...quite the mess right now, but wonderful memories of two precious dogs that I loved so much. Merry Christmas everyone...

Re: Dolly

Reminds me of the nighttime setup I used to do for Bailey so she would not roam and get stuck under things. I'd do it again in a heartbeat...we all would.
