Re: RIP my sweet Bendikins

Sasha, I am so sorry for your loss of the extremely special Bendy. You don't have to say anything as we can imagine how you are feeling right now and most of us know that awful pain. I feel like I knew Bendy from this site. He's so very cute and special! I just love the photo of him in the l...

Re: Sabrina has a nasty cut/scrape and we can't TOUCH her-he

I would think you might have to trap her much the same as one would trap cats outdoors (like for trap and neuter programs) Then take her from whatever cat carrier, or cage, or box or whatever you trapped her in and wrap her tightly in a towel to apply medecine. But even before trying that I WOULD as...

Re: NYC kitty with rear-leg injury/bladder problem?

While I don't remember everything she said, one thing was about whether any leftover funds from her chip in could go to the vet of the...

Re: NYC kitty with rear-leg injury/bladder problem?

A couple of other things: Please note that her Chip in did quite well(see above) so that when she leaves the vet she should be leaving on a very good note! The other thing is that I think that the rescue group who pulled her for "us" had thought they had someone to foster her when she leav...

Re: NYC kitty with rear-leg injury/bladder problem?

I believe that where this lady from the rescue that pulled Cleric says they have known of a couple of cats like this who did not live that long... that it was probably because the people who had those ones were not experienced "special needs" caretakers. In fact a very experienced handicap...

Thank you for the update. I am so relieved he is hanging in there! I hope anyone with ideas to help Sly will let us know.
