Re: Dolly

Bless her heart...she is so adorable and no idea how much her mom loves her!

P.S. Guess what other picture was a tiny pic...my signature picture in my emails and looks like Yahoo does not support pictures in their emails anymore. They look naked!!

Re: Dolly

I just saw something yesterday about how you can take a pool noodle or two and put in under the "sheet" to create a bumper. This was for parents with children transitioning to a "big kid" bed from a crib. Just a thought...

Re: Dolly

I have signs on my back door and in front of my garage to deliverymen to always put packages on the front porch and I still have a few who totally ignore that request. Makes me furious because, as happened to you, we would not see them and in bad weather, they can be damaged.

Re: Dolly

Looks comfy...and keep in mind, you can "unstuff" it some if it is too high for her to get on and off. Thanks for putting my girl back up for me!

Re: Dolly

Poor baby..lucky for her that you are such a detective. Now, what is bending down to pick her up going to do to your neck and back? Don't you have a stroller that you sometimes use? Would that help both of you??

Re: Dolly

Reminds me of little routines we have we our pets. We know their quirks, but continually question ourselves. Penny is probably the ideal dog as far as going out. She goes out first thing in the morning, depending on who is home, she either stays in with one or both of us, asking to go in and out occ...

Re: Dolly

I am addicted to You Tube videos about rv nomads and people who live full time in their cars and vans (don't ask!). Carol, did you notice that this lady has a chi named Dolly?? This fellow has come great ideas and van tours that keep me awake on late night sewing binges.

Re: Dolly

It's amazing how little it takes to make us happy when it comes to our fur children. That is so cool! I am happy for you. This situation has to be so much easier on your back too!

Re: Dolly

That does look cozy! I will say that one trick I used was to use my blow dryer to heat the bags before we got in. Nowadays, I am so cold natured that Glen keeping our house temp at 70 degrees year 'round is very cold to me. He likes a fan on at night. My compromise to the situation is sleeping under...

Re: Dolly

This is the type of situation Glen and I call the "sleeping bag syndrome". Years ago, we lived in this 50 year old farmhouse in need of many repairs and had no heat in the winter. Among other ideas, we decided to use his Marine Corp sleeping bags to keep warm at night. For some unknown rea...
