Re: Circumstances

What shelter Paul? I have wanted a doxie for a long time. I will take one, even if it means going through the shelter. I can even "foster" one until you get back on your feet. Please let me help.

Re: Raven-1 year old 23 pound sweetheart PTS tomorrow NJ

Hi there and :welcomeblue:

Raven is beautiful. I hope someone can find it in their hearts to take her. Every dog deserves to have their final days in a home filled with love.

Re: Questioning the need of a cart for my dog?

Re: and now Bast

So sorry Sasha.

Bad year here too, but it is what happens when we take in special-needs or palliative cases. I still wouldn't change what I do for anything, and I know you wouldn't either.

Re: Look who came for Christmas

I really, really want you to keep her, but do you think it may have been someone passing through who lost her in the parking lot? I would think if that would be the case, though, that the people, even if they are back home, would advertise in your paper or at least contact the shelter. Name her. No ...

Re: New member with possible Manx Syndrome kitten

Hi there, I have had two with Manx Syndrome. I also have a tailless cat right now with so few vertebra that it amazes me she can function at all but she is "normal." She is past the four-month old mark so I am pretty confident that she will not develop symptoms. The four-month old mark is ...

Re: Can't do it anymore

Bosmom, how are you doing? You need to remember that you have given your dog a quality of life when many others would have called it quits a long time ago.

Dudlzma, beautifully said.
