Yes, there's a European cart that allows

them to lie down, but I can't remember what it's called. Try abledogs.net; somebody there had 1.

Have you tried regular diapers (baby or adolescent, as

size requires) with a leotard or onesie to hold them on?

Well, a total quad would have to use

a flat-bed type cart. Ask Debbie; if I recall correctly, they used 1 for Sheba. I can't think of the company link off-hand, and my computer took that info when the motherboard blew.

In my experience, jumping is usually the last thing

that comes back. Many of mine have climbed for awhile before jumping again, so this may yet happen.

Cute!! LOTS of belly pics and cuteness are good.

My Lynx looks just like Bendy, so I can get a cuteness fix, too!!

Like Jenene, I'd wait and see. msg

You could try a walking harness if you wish, but unless there are other conditions/injuries coexisting, I wouldn't rush into a cart, etc. Tripods usually do fine without much help.

Interesting question.

I've never heard of a commercial product for that, but I'll try to think about it...

lots

OK. It seems to me that I remember several people from Abledogs (abledogs.net, a VERY active email list for paralyzed critters) saying that their puppers regained control, or semi-control, when using a cart. I suggest you join their list for more info. Here is the homemade cart link in case you're i...

I don't know much about it, but here's a link.

Dr. Clemmons' neurology links can be very helpful, but, be warned, they're technical.

I've asked jdf, the local link guru, to bring his Wobbler's links, but I don't know how long it'll take for a response.

You can also send your pics to

Mark@handicappedpets.com to put in the gallery. You then post the pic addy in the "Optional Image URL:" box under the "Comments:" posting box. The Gallery page has posting directions, too. In addition to vinyl, you could consider replacing carpet with GLUE laminate flooring; I've...

Great story, and very impressive.

Yep, tripods do fine, wheels or not. I also push for human wheelchair hockey and have done human disability stuff for over 25 years, so I understand!
