Help Needed: desperately seeking help for handicapped kitten

I have a CAD drawing which I can insert into a Word document for anyone who requests it, and would be glad to share details such as vendors I use to get my parts. But I would rather not post the details of my design on a website as I will be building these for sale.
Frame material is 1/2" square tubing with 1/16" wall (http://stores.ebay.com/TRINITY-METAL-SA ... viewQQtZkm).

Saddle is simply 2 straps forming a Figure-8, connected in the middle by a D-ring, all covered in bicycle inner tube!

Fasteners were all socket head 10-32 screws.
