Amputation of leg - a new dog!

Hi all! We finally decided to amputate my little dogs left front leg. It was done last week and I cannot start to describe the difference it made to her. She is more lively and enjoy playing now. She didn't even take long to recover from the operation. Thank you all for the advice and information. She is a "new" dog and more loveable than before.
