Blind Puppy Baby Buggy Bumpers

Saw a great photo at a blind dog web: A half (or so) hula hoop attached to a regular harness which acts as a "bumper" for the pup who is bent on running into things at a high speed and you cringe when they hit! Had checked out the Build-A-Harness site but you need power tools for that. This can be fashioned by anyone while sitting on the couch watching Animal Planet. The harness is shoulder height and the hoop-like thing protrudes a foot or as much as you want. This looks easy, quick and a wonderful solution and I'm going to try it out. Will let you know (when I can find a hula hoop).
