change in post order

I have noticed that recently the newest post are no longer at the top. Is this a change to the board or some setting on my personl computer that has gone ascew??
When I look at the list of the topic boards, I see that "person A" has posted on a certain board today, so I go to see what that person had to say, only I have to now search for thier post as it may be a reply and it doesn't come to the top anymore? Is there any way to chage this so the most recent posts are at the top? Thanks!
