Help with photo

Sorry to be a bother, but I cannot get this photo to post/save in my profile regardless of size pixels etc..
Can someone help?????

Hi Kristen,

It's absolutely no bother, I'm sorry it's being frustrating. Was it giving you an error message saying it must be jpg, gif, etc.? Sometimes when you try to upload a jpg that is the correct size, but the file extension is written in capital letters, such as Samy.JPG instead of Samy.jpg, it won't take it. Don't know why, it's just one of those little quirks...

Here are two that should work if you like either one. If you still can't get it to upload, I can upload it for you, just say which one. What a doll!

My album is having some problems, as is still the highlight photo. I sent an e-mail to I think his name was Mark, but never got a response. let me know what I need to do.

Oh wow, I thought it was fixed. Mark spent several hours on it. He upgraded the whole gallery to a new version, as well as upgraded another piece of software and worked on some individual pictures. I remember before there was no picture on the cover of your album, and now there is one, but I'm not sure it's the original one? It doesn't look like the frame is right, though.

Can you please list exactly what problems there are with your album and also whether the picture on the cover is the right picture? The more information you can give, the better.

Some photos are too big
Some photos are too small
The order got messed up

Sorry for the trouble with the gallery. What a lovely picture!
I'm working with the administrators to get the kinks worked out -- they made some changes to the system and didn't tell me.
I'll see if I can get it straightened out quickly.
