The way you posted here is exactly right, so you could post another message elsewhere on the board the same way. You can go into any of the forums (Mobility, Paralysis, Rescue) and click the New Topic button and just write a message, long or short. If you have any specific questions about posting, just ask here again, someone will probably be able to clarify.
