Did not receive activation key and unable to log on

Hello, I have tried registering twice using the username Liamfamily and neither time did I receive an activation key in order to activate my membership. After registering, the screen stated that I had been registered but needed to activate my membership and to expect an activation key via email. I am unable to log on using the username and password I set up upon registration. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Hmm, yes, I saw something like that on the list yesterday. In fact, I see "Liamfamily" on the list right now. Try to log in with that name and see what happens; if it doesn't work, CarolC can probably fix you up.

One problem is that the computer made multi-registrations for some people, but I don't think you're one of them...
