Subluxed Patillas

I have a 5 yr. old dashound who has reciently been diagnosed with subluxed patillas. He was changed to Hills Prescription Dog
food J/D. Has fish oil and is supposed to be good for the joints.
He is also on Rimadyl. However our vet does not think he is in any pain. Does anyone know if there are any exercises i cooooooould do for him. He does a 3 legged run a lot and it kills me to watch him do that. Thanky you for yoour help. Ellie
