This is another very sad case. This poor BLIND AND DEAF SENIOR is
terrified at the shelter. Sadly, he does NOT have a lot of time . He is
currently being housed at the Newton County Animal Control facility in
Covington, GA. Unfortunately, this is a very full, high-kill shelter, so this "special needs" boy doesn't stand much of a chance without quick rescue.
