I hope this boy can find help and quickly. ANY ONE can handle a deaf dog. Good grief, he can SEE! What a gift that would be in my world! I have one deaf blind, one deaf almost blind, and one blind only. The tips for training a deaf, but SIGHTED dog are tremendous!
