This poor little girl was abandoned by her owners (and, I use that term loosley) and the landlord turned her into a shelter. How can a human being be so inhumane to an innocent little soul like this???

This is one of the saddest cases of neglect we have ever seen. This poor dog's health and well being has been ignored for so long their problems appear to have become chronic. Despite her hardships, she seems to have a very sweet, calm disposition. She deserves a good home where she can relax and be pampered.
