Wheelchair chihuahua mix being sent to pound

I just emailed and the Chi is still needing a home. She is adorable !!!

Just got off the phone with Maribel London. She said she already found her a permanent home. She said, "Yeah, Lucky was lucky".

Is it a home that has experience with a pet with paralysis?

I don't know, she didn't really give more any details than that.
