URGENT - Paralyzed Mastiff puppy - Wichita KS

I am posting this for Jean. This puppy was picked up by Wichita Animal Control today. They say he is a Mastiff. You may use Jean as a contact if you know anyone who can help this dog. She has rescue connections and could easily get him pulled if some Mastiff lover or rescue is interested. She says he may not even have 3 days with Animal Control.
