Needs commitment by 9am 1/13!!

Juvenile M/N DSH in need of a rescue’s help. He had a forelimb amputation performed 1/11/17. This cat will require follow up care with family veterinarian. FeLV/FIV neg/neg. Shelter has described him as a "nice" cat !

HOW TO SAVE: If you can responsibly adopt, adopt-to-rehome, or are a current rescue partner, you MUST email RescuePets@HillsboroughCounty.org BEFORE 9AM with the words DO NOT EUTH and the Animal ID# in the subject line (serious commitments only). Email MUST include your name, contact information, and what time you can pick up the cat tomorrow. DO NOT email unless you are personally picking up the cat! The shelter will not hold cats for out of state adopters, so don't email and ask. MUST BE PICKED UP TOMORROW IF READY!! Please also send a copy of your email to UrgentCatsofTampaBay@gmail.com so we know who is still in danger.

NOTE: You might have to live in FL - I am not sure! However if you really want to help either of these (referring to Sophie above, also) -- you might be able to work through a FL rescue group!

That's so sad. A tripod isn't even disabled--just disfigured. :(
