Transport needed from West Allis, WI to Winona, MN area

I feel so bad for that little girl sitting in the back of the pet store in a small back room in a small cage waiting for any attention she can get. It's not fair. I also don't believe that her ear infection is gone and that she needs to see a vet right away.

Bimi needs someone and if you feel that you can't take her please let me know if there is someone heading from the West Allis, WI area closer to the Winona, MN area. I do have a vehicle but I don't trust it to get from here to there as it is a four hour trip and I'm just hoping this thing will make it to the grocery store a few more times for me before it dies.

Please let me know if you can help me either way. Please.
