ride needed KY-VA --down Doxie

I need help getting a downed Doxie from Murray , KY to Springfield , VA. If anyone has a transport connection that can help, let me know. See emails below….

I just received a call from a vet clinic in Murray , Kentucky . Shannon called me 10:30 this evening because the last time ,we were too late and a Doxie was put down. She wants to make sure this dog has a chance. Dr Jackson, the vet at this clinic, found a Doxie tied to a tree.. She realized the Doxie was down and asked the owner to surrender him. The owner told her he has been down for 2 weeks. Once at the clinic, they discovered that he does have bowel and urine control and can wag his tail. But he has no use of his rear legs. Shannon gave me the vets' direct number and said I could call with any questions. I believe the closest rep is Phyllis.. Shannon told me that they are willing to drive him anywhere he needs to go. There are no specialists there to evaluate or do surgery on this dog. I am willing to foster him if we can get him to DRNA. I would need help with transport but if he is ok to make the trip, I can arrange that myself. I would have him evaluated at Springfield with Jane. I will also start a fundable to help pay for surgery if he needs it. Please, can we help this dog?
