EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT FROM
FOR 1.5 YEAR OLD EMACIATED CHIHUAHUA

SATURDAY/SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29-30, 2008

This transport will be for PRINCE HAPPY, a 1-2 year old Chihuahua who is a special needs dog who is coming from Central Arkansas SPCA in Little Rock AR and going to Saint Francis Animal Sanctuary in Vermilion, OH. Happy is severely emaciated and unable to walk at this time. Happy has lost over 4 lbs since June when he was seen by the vet for a leg injury. Happy needs intensive physical therapy and to see a neurologist which the SPCA is a new rescue and does not have the fund or the facilities to this type of medical care. This Chi ( Happy ) has NO use of his legs... that's right all 4 legs do not work... she told me he will scootch over on pee pad when she changes him... when you send out the final run sheet tell them NOT to let him out of the car... he does not need a potty break and is just 4 pounds it will not matter. she will send a couple of pee pads.

10 minutes will be allowed between transfers for potty breaks and watering Prince Happy. Please make sure you have extra leashes, paper towels, blankets, pee pads, newspaper, water bowls and water. Please do not forget to transfer not only the dog but also his paperwork. These meeting places are only suggestions, please feel free to change them.
